Anything on this site made with Visual Studio .NET will need the .NET Framework to run. It can be found at the windows update website. If it's not listed there, you probably already have it. Alternatively, you can click the link below to get to a page where you can download it. If you choose to download it yourself and get confused about whether you want the Redistributable or the Software Development Kit (SDK), you probably want the Redistributable.
